about

"Alarm Alarm, {der}" is a very special ensemble for me. It's all the lust and pain, exuberance and sorrow of finding your old diary by accident. While writing my bachelor thesis on normative variables in music, I composed this album as my most serious attempt to break into what I thought was the truly honest image of my inner self. Never have I put more time, seriousness and self-expression into creating, composing, rehearsing and recording, never was the process so dear to me and never again did I kiss the pain of forcing myself into what I perceived as reflection of peoples perception of music and art.

But words are words.

I want to thank the truly inspirational musicians featured on this album and everyone involved.

This music was recorded in late 2020, after an intensive mixing and mastering process with two of the most talented sound engineers of berlin and waiting for the vinyls to be manifactured, I can now proudly present you this highlight of my musical path.
